1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al crear una cuenta en Okoume, usted acepta cumplir con estos términos. Iniciativas Elebi proporciona una plataforma de conexión; no somos responsables de las transacciones directas entre usuarios.

2. Naturaleza del Servicio

Mercado Local: Okoume facilita el encuentro entre compradores y vendedores de productos y servicios en la ubicación seleccionada.

Diáspora: La plataforma permite la gestión de información sobre logística, grupaje y otros servicios de conveniencia internacional pensados para facilitar la coordinación colectiva. Iniciativas Elebi no es una agencia de transporte ni una entidad financiera.

3. Conducta del Usuario y Seguridad

Queda estrictamente prohibido:

Publicar anuncios falsos, fraudulentos o ilegales según las leyes de Guinea Ecuatorial y el derecho internacional.
Manipular subastas mediante pujas ficticias.
El uso de lenguaje abusivo o acoso a otros usuarios.

⚠️ Ante la menor duda, consulte las leyes locales de la jurisdicción donde se encuentre. La ignorancia de la ley no exime de su cumplimiento. Esta plataforma colaborará con autoridades locales e internacionales en investigaciones por indicios de delito.

4. Moderación y Reportes

Nos reservamos el derecho de eliminar cualquier anuncio reportado por fraude o que no cumpla con los estándares de calidad de la plataforma. Las cuentas reincidentes serán bloqueadas permanentemente.

5. Exclusión de Responsabilidad

Los pagos (Zelle, transferencias bancarias, efectivo, etc.) se realizan fuera de la aplicación. El usuario asume toda la responsabilidad sobre la verificación del producto o servicio antes de realizar cualquier pago. Okoume no actúa como intermediario financiero ni garantiza la calidad o entrega de ningún bien o servicio.

6. Jurisdicción

Cualquier disputa será tratada bajo las leyes aplicables en la jurisdicción de registro de Iniciativas Elebi LLC y sus subsidiarias.

2. Nature of the Service

Diaspora: The platform enables the management of information about logistics, groupage, and other international convenience services designed to facilitate collective coordination. Iniciativas Elebi is not a transportation agency or a financial entity.

3. User Conduct and Safety

The following are strictly prohibited:

Posting false, fraudulent, or illegal listings under the laws of Equatorial Guinea and international law.
Manipulating auctions through fictitious bids.
Use of abusive language or harassment of other users.

⚠️ If in doubt, please consult the local laws of the jurisdiction where you are located. Ignorance of the law does not exempt compliance with it. This platform will cooperate with local and international authorities in investigations involving indications of criminal activity.

4. Moderation and Reports

We reserve the right to remove any listing reported for fraud or that does not meet the platform's quality standards. Repeat-offending accounts will be permanently blocked.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Payments (Zelle, bank transfers, cash, etc.) take place outside the application. The user assumes full responsibility for verifying the product or service before making any payment. Okoume does not act as a financial intermediary and does not guarantee the quality or delivery of any good or service.

6. Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be handled under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of registration of Iniciativas Elebi LLC and its subsidiaries.
